Athletic and Sport Specific Training

Description

This program is intended to enhance athlete's skills by improving their speed, agility, explosive movements, strength, power, and the acceleration as it is specific to their sport. This will be done through olympic lifting, compound lifting movements,  cone drills, HIITS, circuits, trial testing, and more. 

Sessions per week: 3 - 4
